Are you a blogger or business owner who wants to improve your social media presence? Or maybe you’re in search of a more time-efficient method to keep up with your daily, weekly, or monthly posts for followers? It can be hard to manage multiple accounts – trust me, I know! For the longest time I really struggled maintaining a constant presence on platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter because I simply didn’t have the time (or patience) to log into each individual account, write and rewrite my posts, add images and links, and post at all hours of the day. What a hassle, right!? Luckily, I realized there is a better way: Viraltag.
Please be advised that the Viraltag links contained in this post (both above and below) are affiliated, meaning that I will get some sort of compensation if you sign up through them. Sure hope that’s okay, because this is how we webpreneurs make our livings! 🙂 You’ll get a $15 credit too!
What is Viraltag?
Up until a few weeks ago, I didn’t know either. I did, however, know I needed a better method for posting information to my Pinterest and Instagram accounts. So I set out in search of a way to schedule my interactions in advance so that I didn’t have to interrupt my workday to connect with my social following.
It didn’t take long to find Viraltagand I’m so glad I did! It’s completely changed the way I look at social media. It used to be a chore to post information on my accounts, but now it couldn’t be easier and more time-efficient.
Viraltag is a platform that allows you to automate your posts on numerous social platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. It also connects to specific Facebook and Linkedin pages, so it’s perfect for business owners and professional bloggers. Viraltag makes it easy to plan a posting schedule and streamlines the process of sharing information with your followers.
How Does Viraltag Work?
It couldn’t be simpler, I promise, which is exactly why I prefer it to other social media scheduling platforms.
After you create your account, all you have to do it select “Post” on your dashboard.
You can then choose to upload content from your computer, Facebook, Flickr, Google Drive, Dropbox, Instagram, or even an internet search.
After you select your content, all you have to do is select the social media platform(s) you want your information sent to, type up a quick post, provide a source link, and add it to your schedule.
One of my favorite Viraltag features is the “Add to Que” option. You can choose specific posting days and times in the settings for each of your media accounts. Viraltag will then automatically add your latest post to the end of that que so you don’t have to worry about remembering dates and times.
What Are the Benefits of Using Viraltag?
Image sharing is huge right now and you should definitely be using it to promote your business, website, or products. Viraltag makes generating traffic an incredibly easy task. But there’s more:
Because you’ll spend less time posting content, you can post more, which will get you more followers and hopefully convert into higher profits for you site.
You can schedule posts days or even weeks at a time.
Your followers are online at all hours; Viraltag allows you to post even when you’re sound asleep in bed, effectively reaching even more people all over the world!
Multiple accounts? No problem! You can manage multiple accounts from each of your social media platforms.
Viraltag keeps track of your analytics so you can see your most successful content, follower growth, and the best times to post.
Another of my favorite features is the ability to create Feeds, or connect Viraltag to some of your favorite websites and blogs so that recent post images show up right on your dashboard. All you have to do is select the ones you like, press share, and BAM – your done! The same goes for Instagram!
And yet another fantastic feature (I swear this is the last one!) is that you can even use Viraltag to edit the images you share or generate your very own. I’m a huge fan of creating my own graphics and I’ve always utilized Canva for this because it is most versatile. Luckily, Viraltag actually has a Canva integration, so making beautiful images and sharing them has never been easier.
How Much Does it Cost?
The big question you’ve been drying to ask!
Honestly, this is probably the biggest drawback I can find with Viraltag. A basic plan, which includes unlimited posts, unlimited feeds, a marketing calendar, and access to analytics, will run you $29 a month or $288 for the year if you pay upfront (which is a 20% discount). This can be a hefty investment for beginning entrepreneurs who aren’t already bringing in a lot of profit from their businesses.
Viraltag does, however, offer a 14 day free trial to new users. You can try it out and see if you think it’s worth it without providing any payment information. If you decide to go for it and then ultimately feel it was a mistake, you can cancel at any time.

If you’re a fellow blogger and feel like doing a little extra legwork, you can also look into the Viraltag Blogger Plan, which could suit your needs as well.
Overall, I highly recommend Viraltag for post scheduling. It’s incredibly convenient and will definitely improve your presence on social media.
